Delivery & Returns Policy

  • At Tenacity, we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we are here to help! Please review the following terms regarding returns and refunds.

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery to UK, EU, USA, and Canada typically takes between 5-7 business days. In rare cases delivery may take longer.

    International Orders: Orders outside of the UK, EU, USA, and Canada may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing, postal delays, or other international shipping factors. Please allow extra time for delivery.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 28 days of receipt. After 28 days, you will no longer be eligible for a refund. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.

    Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as limited or exclusive products, cannot be returned unless they are faulty. This is subject to review. If we find the item is faulty, we will offer a full refund. If the item is still available for purchase, a replacement may be issued.

  • Refunds After 28 Days: No refunds will be issued after 28 days from the receipt of the item unless the item is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defects. Orders submitted for return after this period will be reviewed, and we will provide further instructions. If we deem the item faulty, we will offer a full refund or send a replacement if available.

    Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse unless the item is returned within the standard 28-day return period.

  • Redelivery Charge: If the delivery address you provide is incorrect and the parcel is returned to us, you will be required to pay a redelivery charge to have the item resent. If the address you input was wrong and the parcel goes missing, we will be unable to process any form of refund or offer re-delviery.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or product, please follow the return process. We will send you a new item once we receive the returned one, provided the exchange is within the 28-day return window.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

    Original Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged products.

  • If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@tenacitysportswear.co.uk. We will assist you in arranging a return and refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

  • Limited/Exclusive Products: These products are non-refundable unless faulty. If the item is deemed faulty after review, we will offer a full refund. Due to limited availability, we cannot send a replacement unless the item is still available for purchase.
